The Fund will invest at least 95% of the Fund`s net asset value (NAV) in Share Class I3 of the Manulife Global Funds - American Growth Fund (the Target Fund), while 2%-5% of the Fund`s NAV will be invested in cash, money market instruments (including fixed income securities which have remaining maturity period of less than 365 days) and/or placement of deposits with financial institutions for liquidity purposes.
