This Fund will invest principally in one of the sub-funds under the umbrella of the United Global Recovery Funds managed by UOB Asset Management Ltd, Singapore (“UOBAM”) that is the United China-India Dynamic Growth Fund (“UCIDGF”).
 
UOBAM, has appointed a submanager, UTI International (Singapore) Private Limited (“UTIIS”), for the management of the India portfolio of UCIDGF.
